To secure your space at Heritage Student Housing, there are two simple, up-front costs:

Security Deposit: The standard deposit is $850. Great News: If you have an approved guarantor, this refundable deposit is reduced to just $450, providing significant upfront savings!

Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of $40 covers the administrative costs of processing your application, background check, and screening.

All associated fees are clearly outlined in detail for your review during the final stages of the application process.

We want your friends and family to feel welcome! Residents at Heritage Communities are welcome to host guests. To ensure a comfortable, secure, and respectful environment for all residents, we kindly ask that guests refrain from staying longer than three (3) consecutive nights. Please note that additional policies and specific rules are fully outlined in your official lease agreement.

We prioritize an environment where you can relax and focus on your studies. To ensure a peaceful and productive atmosphere for everyone, All Heritage Communities observe Quiet Hours nightly from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in respecting these times to allow for necessary rest and focused study. For comprehensive community expectations, including noise and conduct guidelines, please refer to the full list provided in your lease agreement.

We offer secure package systems at all Heritage Communites. You will insert a code to retrieve at your convenience.
